First, we consult with you to establish exactly what kind of project you would like to embark on – We need to fully understand the property you’d like us to develop, from top to bottom.
This ensures that we have a full grasp on the location you’d like to live in and the type of home/changes you’d like to build/implement.

SECURE THE LAND
At WestsideTrading448, we have an incredibly fast turnaround time with regards to properties that we already own and secure from a 3rd party. This enables you the opportunity to have a look at our various sites to see which area suits your needs best…
Once the decision is made on which location you prefer, we can easily get the necessary building plans, Local Council and Home Owners Associations approvals in place, to begin construction once all approvals are arranged.

Having built close relationships with some of the most highly-accomplished Gauteng-based architects, we believe we have created a strong network of architects capable of combining your ideas with their most excellent and innovative ideas – bringing years of expertise to the table. It’s one thing to have a beautiful home design, it’s another thing to ensure that your great new home can stand the test of time. Our network of engineers are brought in and consulted with, to ensure that your home will be sturdy starting from the plans to the foundations upwards.

BRIEFING
Before we get started with the construction, we then debrief you on what we are going to do, step-by-step. This would include a briefing of the plans drawn up by the architect with your input and finally approved by yourself and all that is imperative on the drawings to understand. Second to this are the costings used per different sections of the construction explained, totalling up to the final full contract amount.

ACTUAL CONSTRUCTION GETS DONE
Now comes the important part – the actual construction of your new home. During this time period, we organize that our skilled construction team is present to ensure that everything runs smoothly and within our timeline. Constant communication is key with taking on a project as sentimental as your new home, and thus we go the extra mile to keep you up to date on how the site is progressing. If you choose to do a home renovation with us, we ensure that the construction site is neat and dust free as possible at the end of each day (as we understand the stresses of building while still being in-house.)
